Solo project from yasu, Janne Da Arc vocalist by the name Acid Black Cherry is a new rock unit under the auspices of Avex. So far, only one release, the band has been able to create much excitement both in their homelands, Japan, or outside of Japan.

BIOGRAPHY

Although fans Janne Da Arc was disappointed in January of 2007 when they learned that the band will be a vacuum for a while and the members will focus on solo careers. Flow excitement felt in May when the vocalist, started working on his solo project yasu. An official announcement has not been made, but that did not stop yasu from appearing in secret. Throughout the months of May and early June, he held many secret lives all across Japan.

In June, the official announcement of the beginning of his career Acid Black Cherry appeared on the official site of Janne Da Arc. also listed in the website, the band will release their first single SPELL MAGIC in July.

Single who has looked forward to was welcomed by the public audience, and in the recording process, yasu working together with various other famous musicians, such as SUGIZO (SKIN, ex-Luna Sea) and SHUSE (ex-La? Cryma Christi). In live performances, yasu assisted by Chisato (PENICILLIN), Yuki (DUSTAR-3), and other musicians.

Acid Black Cherry's popularity rose quickly, and yasu appeared in various magazines and radio shows, until at times, he appears twice in a day on the radio.
